Rachel and Nathan’s big day was held at the beautiful Plum Brook Country Club, the perfect venue for their elegant and classic wedding. The weather? Oh boy. It was one of those Ohio days—humid, windy, and unpredictable. The original plan for an outdoor ceremony had to shift indoors at the last minute, but it didn’t matter one bit. Love and laughter filled the room just the same.
What made this day even more meaningful to me personally is that I had the privilege of photographing Rachel’s senior portraits years ago. To be documenting her wedding day feels like closing one chapter of her story and opening another. This is one of my favorite parts of being a family and wedding photographer—getting to walk alongside people through the seasons of their lives. From high school milestones to saying “I do”… it’s a front-row seat to something truly beautiful!
And, to top that off, I photographed Rachel’s brother’s wedding in 2023, so getting to see the family again added another layer of fun and familiarity for me!
Rachel was radiant, Nathan looked at her like she hung the moon, and their family and friends were smiling and celebrating their joyous day. The wedding day was filled with laughter, hugs, a few happy tears, and so many little moments that made it uniquely theirs.
To Rachel and Nathan: thank you for trusting me to capture the next chapter in your LOVE STORY. What a joy it has been to document your journey. I hope these images remind you of how loved you are and how much fun it was to celebrate the start of forever together!
Thanks for reading, friends!
(P.S. If you’re looking for someone to partner with to document your wedding, inquire here! I’d love to photograph this very special chapter of your LOVE STORY!)
